Trying to be who you are not? Do you find yourself putting everyone before yourself ,your health and you are stressed without time to calm yourself and explore and express your real feelings?

If you suffer from stress related illness or symptoms you may be unconsciously acting our a pattern you adopted in your early years . This patter which may be putting others first before your own self care, not expressing your feelings but expressing them to prevent conflict or fear of losing attachment to a loved one, or even overworking, pushing through pain so that you will be admired. Another pattern is people who ignore their own needs and emotional/physical pains to avoid burdening or worrying a loved one.

Learning to say no can be the first step toward your authentic. This can be difficult iIf people are used to you being the person who always says yes even if you don’t want to. You may be afraid of losing this relationship if you set boundaries, say no and be compassionate about your own needs and your own health. If people cant accept the authentic you aren’t being supported in that relationship.

In our coaching sessions we will explore how your pattern emerged and how you can become more authentic and thereby more healthy, emotionally, physically and psychologically.  We are all learning and it is never too late to realize that being our authentic self may have happened when you were young and unable to respond in a way that you can now as an adult.
